Thermal modalities prepare tissue for physical therapy exercise and manage the response afterward. Moist heat before manual therapy and stretching to improve tissue extensibility; cold after exercise to manage post-treatment soreness. BodyMed® Black Urethane Cold Packs are an extra heavy-duty option for frequent cold therapy. The black urethane cover gives even more durability and leak resistance. Each pack gives up to 30 minutes of soothing cold, is filled with non-toxic silica gel, and stays pliable when frozen to shape to the treatment area. Reusable without splitting, dripping or leaking.
