Lumbar and abdominal supports give physical therapy patients short-term stability while the stabilizing musculature is retrained. Used short-term during the acute phase, then deliberately weaned as core stabilization improves — the support is a bridge, not the endpoint. The Evergreen™ 631 LSO LoPro gives effective trunk stability and targeted compression. This simple, low-profile brace limits flexion and extension in the lumbar spine. One adjustable size fits waists from 28" to 54" (up to 64" with the extension panel), using a pull-through sizing mechanism with no tools. That cuts inventory cost and space. FlexTabs™ on the integrated anterior panels spread pressure and conform to the patient's anatomy. Aspen's patented 4:1 SlickTrack™ system tightens the top and bottom independently, so patients can localize compression. When tightened, the firm but flexible back panel conforms to the patient's lordosis for structural support. Low profile enough to wear under clothing. PDAC Code L0631 approved.
