Cervical and lumbar traction units extend a physical therapy plan of care into the patient's home program. Issued as home mechanical traction so the patient maintains the intervention between visits. Pronex® Pneumatic Cervical Traction is a cervical traction device for home use. It cradles the reclining patient's head and neck on two soft foam cushions: one supports the back of the head and the other rests against the top of the shoulders. How it works Intended use: to treat a musculoskeletal or neurologic impairment of the cervical spine to relieve pain, relax muscle spasms, and decompress spinal structures.
